Eqom, alongside its B2B brand ONE-DC, has recently acquired Eropartner, a prominent B2B supplier of adult toys. Situated in the picturesque "West Friesland" in The Netherlands, we instantly felt a connection with the Eropartner team.

CRM System Integration

We have seamlessly integrated Eropartner into Eqom's CRM system to ensure a smooth start.  While aligning with Eqom's CRM system, we have tailored the setup to accommodate Eropartner's procedures and workflow. 

Customer inquiries from various channels are now well-organized, with response templates available in multiple languages. We also set up the CX reporting for the Eropartner team to give immediate insights on topics and questions.

Content Strategy

We structured both the response templates and the FAQ articles according to the C1-C2  system, ensuring that Eropartner provides content that directly addresses customer queries. 

Working alongside their design team, we established a branded help center that complements the new website layout.
 
To enhance user satisfaction, we partnered with Zenplates for an optimal user experience on the new branded helpcenter from Eropartner.
